This directory contains the set of scripts run by CODA at the
end of the prestart transition. CODA runs a single script
pointed to by a row in the *_option table of the msql primex
database on clon10. This script is prestart.pl.

prestart.pl gathers information from various sources and inserts
it into the mysql database running on clas-sc0. Several tables
are updated including the RunID tables which is mirrored on the
primex calibration database. One source of information is the
shift operators. They are presented a GUI when prestart_gui.tcl
is launched from the prestart.pl script. This GUI updates the 
file "/home/prmex/DAQ/scripts/prestart/last_gui_values.dat".
prestart.pl will then read this file for the information supplied
by the operators.
