1) added code to analtof1.C, in patricular the 3x3cm bins at TOF plane
   to count tracks and plot x/y match differences against track momentum
2) new root script caleff.C to analyze the histograms and deteremine
   tof point match efficiencies as function of position in the TOF plane
3) scripts like comp1.C doit.C and view1.C all require input parameters
   for run number and type of data like MC or real DATA.
