1) Plugin TOFmon: JEventProcessor_TOFmon.cc, JEventProcessor_TOFmon.h create histograms for walk correction and amplitude vs time difference if walk correction data is available it will use it. So a first run with the plugin is necessary to determine walk corrections usin the following scpript (dof1.C). 2) dof1.C fits walk correction histograms to generate inputs for walk corrections. 3) findamp.C finds the MPV of the landau distribution of different amplitudes at various delta_T values +-5,4,3,2,1ns 4) viewampall.C geneates amplitude vs dt plots and fits with attenuation function that has two distance parameters. 5) gains.C uses the attenuation parameters to find amplitude at chosen delta_T location (like 4ns) and plots these for all HV settings. then fits a gain function to the data to determine at what HV setting an amplitude of 45mV is obtained (at 4ns distance = 188.8cm from PMT)
